Pilates on 12 is a full-service Pilates Studio based on the classical principals of Joseph H. Pilates and is fully equipped with top of the line Gratz brand Pilates apparatus including reformers, towers, chairs, barrels, spine correctors, foot corrector, and Pedi-pole. The studio offers privates, duets, trios, and small group sessions at 30, 40 and 50-minute sessions to create affordable rates.

Pilates on 12 is located on RM-12 right between Woodcreek and Wimberley in the Poco Rio Center. The setting is serene with abundant windows facing a bamboo porch next to a flowing river to help you relax before, or after your session.

Teacher Tracy Anderson
Tracy Anderson was first certified in the Pilates Method in 1993 by one of the original elders, Romana Kryzanoska. Romana was a student of Joseph and Clara Pilates at their Eight Avenue studio in New York after injuring her ankle dancing at the School of American Ballet.
